Second Summer

Born from a love of island living, Second Summer creates timeless resortwear inspired by the freedom and effortless spirit of Ibiza. From natural linen to consciously made swimwear, each collection is designed to be lived in, mixed, matched and taken wherever summer leads. The brand works in small, considered collections, uses natural and biodegradable fibres, and gives leftover swimwear fabric a second life by donating it to animal shelters.

Founded by Carmel Harrison and Amy Wheatley, Second Summer brings together more than 25 years of experience in fashion, design and editorial. Carmel, formerly Editor-in-Chief of ELLE Arabia and Emirates Woman, and Amy, an experienced fashion and swimwear designer, created the label around a shared love of timeless, effortless dressing inspired by island life and a sense of escape.
