Son Blanc Farmhouse

About

Set across 130 hectares of Menorcan landscape, Son Blanc is a restored 19th-century farmhouse with just 14 rooms. Surrounded by olive and almond trees, gardens and woodland, it is also a working regenerative farm where fruit, vegetables, herbs and honey are grown on the estate.

The farmhouse combines natural materials and local craftsmanship with a slower way of living, from seasonal meals made with produce from the land to yoga, time outdoors and long, unhurried days by the pool.

More than a place to stay, Son Blanc offers a glimpse into a more connected way of living — rooted in the land, the seasons and the island itself.

Meadows, oak forests, gardens and mountain trails surround the cortijo, with plenty of space to explore on foot or by bike.

❋ 700 Hectares of Andalusia

Organic produce grown on the estate forms the basis of seasonal meals, connecting the kitchen directly to the land around it.

❋ From Farm to Table

La Donaira is home to a Lusitano stud farm and a natural horsemanship programme centred around a gentler relationship between horse and rider.

❋ The Lusitanos

The spa, natural treatments, yoga and time outdoors are woven into the experience rather than treated as separate amenities.
